Back on my grind. Today’s training was mostly recovery from the weekend and getting my system readjusted:
Warmup: Bike 10 min / 5 miles -Squat 6x8 @ 45 sec rest - @mbslingshot Hip circle duck walks 4x20
SUPERSET - hip circle glute kick back 4x10 (each leg) - cable oblique twists 4x10 (each side)
- pike (abdominals) 3x10
- v-ups (reverse pike) 3x15
- ankle taps (abdominals) 3x20
