🇧🇪German volume tranining🇧🇪
This is one of my favorite types of training. It's 10 sets of the same exercise with minimal rest inbetween sets, about a minute. You should do 10 to 20 reps, I usually stay around 15.
For my leg day, I did:

🏋🏽‍♀️Leg Press 🏋🏽‍♀️BB Lunges
🏋🏽‍♀️BB Step ups
🏋🏽‍♀️Lying leg curl
