🤦‍♂️ It makes NO SENSE
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💁‍♂️ If you are not losing weight, you are not consistently in a calorie deficit
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤷‍♂️ (Yes, there are some circumstances when your weight doesn’t shift, but this is temporary and isn’t long lasting)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😎 If you are consistently in a calorie deficit you will lose weight
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😳 But the notion that you aren’t eating enough to lose weight is factually incorrect

😴 I’m sure I’ll get some smartarses commenting about all the rare eventualities where you can in fact eat more and lose weight

😱 Or how some people ARE not eating enough to lose weight due to reductions in NEAT & training intensity etc…

But 95% of people?

Are NOT eating too little to lose weight

They are eating too much. Fact.
