This Page is Now Once Again Up And Running !!! Happy Fri-yay! As it turns out there’s all kinds of ways to enjoy “fries” these days.

There’s butternut squash fries, sweet potato fries, zucchini fries, and regular potato fries and there may even be some I haven’t even heard of yet.

So how do you choose? Well, you need to ask yourself what’s going to be most satisfying to you. Do you want regular fries, or are you in the mood to try an alternative? You could even mix and match if you’re not sure.

Not every meal and needs to be a perfect nutrition powerhouse. It’s about the balance over the day, week and years that really matter.

The beauty of free styling it is it provides you the flexibility to decide what food pairings you enjoy to maximize your nutrition. I ended up having some regular fries with the butternut squash fries. I wanted to try them, I ended up liking them but they aren’t like regular fries. So if you really want regular fries I’d go with the plate on the right 😉
