I have recently discovered Tempeh, I would say this is the fishier cousin of Tofu! 😂
The one I went for had seaweed running through it. Bit strange to cut and cook, but the texture is firmer than tofu which was a nice change. .
Perfect with a salad or part of a stir fry, think I’ll google better ways to cook it though! Anyone got any ideas?
