What do you eat for your breakfast?

Breakfast foods are good sources or calcium, B vitamins, fibre and protein. If you eat breakfast you are less likely to reach for those high sugar, high fat snacks mid morning so embrace your breakfast.
My go to breakfast is a homemade smootie and overnight oats. I use any left over fruit and veg, chop it up and freeze it then just add coconut water and coconut milk and it’s ready. *
