It’s official, I’ve never been this sore in my life.... I did 20 minutes of interval sprints on the treadmill the other day plus sooo many lower body supersets and I can’t even walk I am that sore 🤷🏼‍♀️ I am trying out intermittent fasting for the week, it’s been 2 days eating only in an 8 hour feeding window and having a 15-16 hour fasting period. My eating window is from 1pm-8pm and training on an empty stomach... intermittent fasting is suppose to aid in weight loss and gives your body a chance for the metabolism to recover... gonna see if any booty gains increase 🤩🍑
