Breakfast of champions 😏πŸͺMade my high protein collagen cookie skillet for breakfast and ate the whole dang thing for the perfect post workout recovery meal πŸ™ŒπŸ» Recipe is linked in my profile: I normally eat half for dessert but had the whole skillet for 384 calories 54c/7f/36c. It’s made using a ripe banana and banana cinnamon collagen whey from @vitalproteins so obviously it’s healthy enough to eat for breakfast drizzled with some chocolate @pbfit.official πŸ˜‰ I did some T25 cardio in my basement this morning followed by 30 minutes of arm workouts from @fitnessblender so I was starrrrving when I finally ate this. Worked up a good hunger for dat cookie πŸ’ͺ🏻
