Fridge photo! Or at least part of it. Basically a ton of yogurt (not my norm, just happened to stock up right now), my favorite @healthade kombucha, coconut water, lots of fruits and veggies (many aren't pictured), coconut milk, almond milk, and my favorite @califiafarms creamer. As far as water bottles, I only have those because my mom was coming to visit otherwise we use our @britausa water pitcher all the time! Not pictured: organic chicken breasts, organic cashew butter, spinach, apples, cauliflower, broccoli, primal foods dressings, ghee, sieta tortillas, organic Pico, and a few other things. What you keep in your kitchen makes a huge difference on your overall health. Can't eat the junk if it's not around!!
