Push routine tonight. It consisted of machine press 4x15, incline barbell press 4x15, seated cable flys 4x15, seated cable press @sethferoce set 10,20 and topped it off with @mountaindog1 shoulder super set which consists of Standing rear delt/standing side laterals/ standing front laterals/ standing shoulder press 4x16,14,12,10. I train my triceps separate because that’s what I prefer! Mind you @bpascetti11 keeps up the whole time. I do have to say we get in there work out asses off and get out and it is glorious.
