The greater your understanding of the world, the more freedom you will have in your life. The more freedom we have to live as we please, the more we feel confident in our ability to conduct our lives in a way that will bring us the greatest amount of peace, joy, wisdom, wealth, and health. Meditation is a way of slowing down so that we can easily get in touch with who we are.
