Confession time: I used to be insanely moody and irritable around that time of the month. It was one of those situations where I knew I was being ridiculous but couldn’t stop myself 🙄. I was desperate for some relief.

So I started using dragon time twice daily on my wrists and I’m feeling so much better. It’s been two months now and even my hubby is noticing a difference 🙌.

If you are in the same boat, let’s talk. I don’t know why I waited so long to try this.
