Survey time! Do you eat your favourite part of a meal/ dish first or last? And why?
I always save the best parts for last (like this SALTED CARAMEL macaron from Pierre Hermé) because I want the flavors to linger on. Friends who eat the best parts first have told me that it’s because it’s when they’re the hungriest, some said they worry that someone may snatch it from them (or accidentally drop on the floor)?! Number 19 of things we’ll miss - all of the french desserts!
