Leg day fave day. You know it’s a good session when you damn near puke afterwards and you can barely walk!!! We always start with hamstrings followed by a squat variation. Afterwards we will go to extensions and leg press. Then we’ll wrap it up with lunges or split squats! Always pyramiding up in weight and generally shoot for volume while doing our best maintain proper form. Shout out to @tj.lindsay for keeping me on track.
