New favorite way to get my protein, veggies, and superfoods! And satisfy my summer sweet tooth 🤪 YUM! Chocolate protein mug cake with PB and caramel:

Mix 1 egg and 2 TBSP almond milk in bowl. Add 1 scoop choc protein powder (I used chocolate shakeology!), 1 TBSP cocoa powder, and 1/4 tsp baking powder. Stir into batter. Spray a mug with nonstick spray and pour in batter. Microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. Flip out onto plate and top with 1 tsp all natural PB. I also drizzled just a touch of caramel ice cream topping on it 😁
