Seems as though you guys have been loving my morning cardio essays I thought I’d drop another ✌🏽 to tell you the truth, they get me through cardio too 📄😉

Today I wanted to talk you through some of my most common, go-to foods that I’ve absolutely loved on this prep, why I’ve been so reliant on them, and why you might wanna consider them 🙏🏼

So straight in at number one has been low fat/fat free cottage cheese 🧀 I’ve developed a bit of an obsession with this recently. It’s high in protein, easy AF, accessible pretty much everywhere, and VERY trackable 💆🏼‍♂️ it makes for a stress free day out if I don’t prep anything and it’s so versatile. I’ve been mixing it with muller light 99kcal yoghurts and it is essentially a high protein dessert 🤤 one pot of each mixed together has almost 40g protein and less than 30g carbs. You can bang half of each and obviously half the calories 🙏🏼 VIBES.

Ok number two: green veg of doom ✅ I’ve said it before but it’s amazing how good veg tastes with the right things done to it. Runner beans are my favourite atm, i’m having a large serving at lunch time with turkey sausages and a little bit of gravy.. basically a roast dinner 😅 perfect for me as I’m running increased sodium at the moment. This is potentially my favourite meal of the day... but don’t forget to track the gravy granules bruh. Other veg I’ve relied on is courgette, asparagus, mange tout and kale. Cook this lot up, mix it up with some oil spray, salt, pepper and fresh mint and you’re about to have a mad one 😉

This last spot was a tricky one to hand out, but I’m going for @bulkpowders_uk whey. It’s become potentially my favourite ever whey, and I nailed the right flavours the first time. White chocolate and banana fudge are both insane, and the mixability is bang on- plenty of water and stays thick enough to enjoy 💚 and I’ve still got cookies and cream to open and get through 🤗
