HANDSTANDS USE THE WALL
I like using the wall to help you learn to balance. You can do these both belly to the wall and back to wall. Have your hands about a foot away. Get to handstand with one or both feet on the wall. Now gently kick off the wall and try to balance. See how long you can stay in a handstand before you have to use the wall again.
