Yoga is so much more than the poses. It means “union”, and it’s the practice of the union between mind and body. There’s science based evidence that yoga can improve your life. Many of my students tell me that their doctor will suggest yoga/meditation. It’s inevitable that we will hold tension in the body but it’s also your choice on how we let it go. This doesn’t mean you have to know how to handstand or put your foot behind your head. •
