On the real though, there’s more than 2 years between these photos. I’m still not where I want to be, but my fitness journey has done SO MUCH for me mentally, that the physical benefits are just an extra perk of being consistent with a healthy lifestyle. I mean, yeah, I still would love to have rock hard abs but I’m learning to love my body every step of the way and that feels AMAZING 🙌🏼 •


So stay consistent and the results will follow, both physically and mentally 😊 and remember to TREAT YO SELF, but just maybe don’t go as hard as I did Saturday night, because well then you’ll feel like poop the whole next day. It will definitely make you remember why you like living the grandma lifestyle of eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and going to bed early though 😂😂
