Hey everybody this is my workout page if you don't know me my name is Pharez Baidoo. Now I know every body has a workout page but the reason I made mine which is so unique in its own way it's because everybody has a story on why they started working out and a lot of people believe that working out is always in the gym and muscles but it's not there's so many ways to work out.
So my main goal is to workout with the people who are dedicated to it or even the people that are just starting to workout
And to show many ways of working out not only by being in the gym but by doing something that keeps that individual mentally motivated and happy
And last, to show people that you can fail and get back up and that it's ok to fail
PS I AINT NO PERSONAL TRAINER I just love to try new things
