This time around we talk about some things to consider about training as you age. I'm 41 now, and my training looks much different than it did even a few years ago. It comes down to a few things:
-understanding priorities
-being smart
-type and frequency of training
-recovery
All those things may mean different things to you, AND THEY SHOULD. What I need may be a bit different than what you need.
The long road is what we are looking for. Adjusting volume, integrity and frequency of training as you get older may keep you strong and fit for years to come!

    Never knew you sold some shirts. Got any shirts left? I know for lifting heavy on days it’s program I don’t do it if it’s a work day. It just takes long to get the body ready. Still lift but not as heavy.

    @jtkerr26 yeah I learned that lesson the hard way!! Too hard headed to figure it out until I broke- put two and two together real quick after that!! And yeah we have some of the Strength and Honor shirts left! I'll tag you so you can check em out
