I’ll take a smoothie any day! There are so many ways to make your smoothie. Grab what you like and throw it in! Here I’ve got spinach leaves, protein powder, flaxseed, frozen banana + berries. I use smoothies primarily for post workout because of the carbs in the banana. It’s great for breakfast, too! I get so many questions about my protein.
