Today's FB LIVE was what I did after that rock bottom moment in Tenerife when I realised how unhappy I was in my own skin 😒check out my page for the replay.

It actually didn't take me long to switch into problem solving mode and come up with a plan πŸ™‹πŸΌ
-step 1 was to end the relationship I was in πŸ™…πŸΌ
-step 2 was to enjoy being single for a while πŸ’πŸΌ
-step 3 was... wait for it... drum roll... oh yeh go on another diet! πŸ™„

It was all I knew. Unhappy with how you look? Go on a diet and fix it. Only problem was I'd exhausted all diets out there, nothing had worked for me up till then, and to make matters worse I'd only ever been able to stick to anything for 2 or 3 weeks in the past before putting on what I'd lost! πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

But I'd seen some of the guys at work transform their bodies through a 500 calorie soup and shake diet (and I was surprised they'd lost "weight"?!) so I thought what the heck I'll give it a go πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈAnd to my surprise I stuck to it for 5 whole weeks and the weight dropped off me too! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Only then I started eating real food again and I found I craved all the foods I'd deprived myself of and surprise surprise I gradually gained all the weight again! πŸ˜‹

All that effort and deprivation just led to a big binge and so the cycle would continue, unless I was able to break itπŸ€”πŸ’­
