There's just something so invigorating about turning the page onto a fresh calendar year!! I'm committing to several new challenges this week and I'm so excited to start 2018 with improvement on the brain! First I will be sugar detoxing for the next 30 days by completing the #JanuaryWhole30. Today I also completed Day 1 of the #GratefulForMobility challenge with @docjenfit and @themobilitymethod since one of my goals is to improve my mobility, flexibility, and posture this year. Tomorrow I will start a Strava/Lululemon running challenge as well as a year long 1000 miles challenge!
