EVERY DAY CAN BE THANKSGIVING Today many US friends around the world get together with loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving. And good for them, as giving thanks and expressing gratitude is a powerful way to feel happier and more content.
Entering the holiday season, practicing gratitude becomes even more important as when we feel we have what we need that we can give more fully and with an open heart.
Starting December 1, I will therefore do a 10-day “gratitude challenge”. During that period I will post at least one thing to be grateful for every day. If you want to join in this easy (and rewarding) challenge, I encourage you to do the same and see what happens.
Further, when participating, you will receive a daily mail or message with research, tips on further reading, quotes and inspiration on gratitude.
