My fave mid week breakfast. It's quick and filling.

I love the chunky texture of organic @flahavans oats.

I mix 1/3 of a cup of oats with 1 cup of @plenishcleanse cashew milk and cook it gently in a saucepan for about 8 minutes until the mixture becomes creamy. If I've planned ahead - sometimes happens, sometimes doesn't - I soak the oats in the cashew milk overnight in the fridge.
Today I'm taking oats I've soaked overnight with me to work. They're in a pot to blitz in the microwave when I get there.

Sprinkle on cinnamon and tuck in. It doesn't need any sugar as the creamy porridge with the naturally sweet cinnamon is a fine thing. And cinnamon helps regulate our blood sugar.

Even Mr H declared it delicious and he's more inclined towards the old skool milk and golden syrup style. So that's praise indeed.
