☕I get asked if I drink coffee. Often on the assumption that a/ I don't b/ it's bad.

I do. It's not. In moderation.

One or two cups of coffee a day is ok for most people. Some people are really sensitive to it and are better without it. One of my clients can't touch it, it makes him totally wired and unable to concentrate. In which case, it's au revoir to coffee.

Personally, I have a couple of good quality ones a day and really enjoy them. And I don't have any other caffeine at all for the rest of the day. All part of keeping things balanced.
