During pregnancy, I gained just over 3 stone and was the biggest I had ever been. I won't lie, but I absolutely hated being this size and was never comfortable when people said "you're eating for two, it's fine!" Now Freya is 3 weeks old, I now have to shift 1 stone to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Turns out it's hard enough to eat a decent meal with a newborn let alone exercise 😫. I feel like I have a baby surgically attached to me at the moment and other than getting out for a walk with her, my exercise regime is pretty much non-existent. Today, i managed to make a bowl of porridge with @herbalife chocolate protein powder and chopped up raspberries and bananas 🍌, and I feel amazing. Probably due to the fact that I managed to eat this whilst squirt napped and it was still hot 🙌🏼. I'm determined to start eating better and making my own health a priority even if I can't start exercising for a bit longer than I would like.
