Started my week off right with some cardio and deadlifts. πŸ’―πŸ’― Deadlifts felt so good this morning. I haven't been pulling more then 315 really here lately or really deadlifting. They just felt so good today I was repping 500 like it was nothing. Seriously the 1st rep it felt like I was pulling air. I stood up so fast I kind of shocked myself. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
