When I am coaching clients, I ask when was their last complete blood work up. Many say they can't remember, while others had one but did not pay attention to the results. Low iron has been a common issue with many of my clients. The signs are so gradual, they may go unnoticed or accepted as normal. Low iron can severely affect cognitive ability, lead to fatigue, cause weakness and dizziness and more. If you know your iron is low, this is a great source. It doesn't cause constipation and it includes vitamins C, which helps absorption.
