After you build strength for a chinstand (yesterdays videos show drills) otherwise known as #gandabherundasana (formidable face pose) it can be a pretty fun posture to incorporate. I often use one in lieu of a roll out to plank towards the middle of a Power vinyasa class (shown first in video). It can also be approached from Eka Pada Koundinyasana and in an advanced practice lowered from Handstand. Someday I will lift it back up! *note maybe dont practice after eating a bunch of protein waffles like I just did. lol
