After your morning workout, refuel with this 'Morning Kick' blend by @bestofvegan, adaptogen-powered and superfood-fueled 🌱✨🍌☕️
1 bottle of our Cold-Brew Protein
1-2 frozen bananas (depending on how hungry you are)
1 cup of baby spinach
2 tbsp (1/8 cup) of unsweetened shredded coconut, optional 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp hemp seeds 💪🏼
1.Blend all ingredients until smooth. You’ll get the best results using a high-speed blender, but any blender will do!
