Today is leg day for me, however this workout is actually from my last leg day on Saturday. I break my two legs days up. So one day is a quad dominant day, one day is a hamstring dominant day. Videoed is my hamstring dominant leg day.
Workout - glute activation warmup
5 x 5 stiff leg deadlift with band (vid)
Laying leg curls (15) w. Sumo squats (vid) (12) 4 sets
Seated leg curls (vid) (15) w. Elevated Hip Thrusts(vid) (12) 4 sets
Forward Hip Hinge Split Squats (15) 4 sets
I use very limited breaks during this workout. My 5x 5 had some breaks. Supersets no breaks and no breaks between sets. That final single set, only break was switching feet each time.
