Made my morning Smoothie: 1 1/2 of almond milk unsweetened, 1 cup of ice, handfuls of gluten free oats, a pinch of sweetness coconut flakes, protein powder of your choice, blueberries and mango, spinach. If your a person that doesn't like eating veggies then drink them. Put them in smoothies and mix it with fruit and you won't even taste it but most importantly your intaking your veggies!!!! #greensmoothie #proteinsmoothie #spinach #blueberries&;mangos #weightlossjourney #smoothies #getfitwithyazzy
