Sunday's are the days where we go, I'll start again on Monday. Well yes I too need to start again tomorrow...food prep is the best way to do that for me.
1/2c of soaked and slow cooked oats
Chicken, broccoli and kumara and carrot mash
And I will cook my dinner fresh in the evenings either a fish or red meat.
