Here we go!!! Goal is set, time to CRUSH it. Time to start training again. This will be interesting to incorporate running into my weight lifting routine. It's always important to put a goal out in front of you that is going to challenge, push, and motivate you! Don't make it too easy, you are stronger than you think you are!

    It's my favorite race!!! I run the one in St. Louis! This race several years ago was my first 15k and it gave me the confidence to train for a half marathon. Prior to this I had only run many 10k's.
