Most of the time I lack the motivation needed to work out earlier in the day. Evening workouts seem to be my thing. Nap and a movie after work? Work out and a smoothie when I should be getting ready for bed? IMO It's all about moderation, modification, and motivation. Do what works for you. This workout completely kicked my ass, and I loved it! Walking will without a doubt be difficult tomorrow. 🤗😎🤓 This smoothie is pretty darn tasty too ('Creamy Coconut Dream' - The Green Smoothie Lifestyle by Amy Goodrich)! 😍 The recipe calls for 2 cups of spinach and 2 cups of coconut water blended, add in 1.5 cups of pineapple, 1 kiwi, and 1/2 of an avocado. I also added hemp seed per @karabou_625 advice. Great way to get protein and fiber. Thanks Kara!
