Turned today's @crossfitsymmetry wod into a milestone workout for me. 5 rounds for time (42:57). Run 400m, 10 kettle bell swings, 10 push-ups, 10 jumping squats, 10 sit-ups. Add 10 reps to each movement each round, which represents how much stronger I have got each of these past 5 years since I quit smoking. #crossfit #symmetryforlife #havefaiththenhustle #quitsmoking
