If you are training glutes this weekend give this finisher a go to seriously pump up your peach at the end of your workout πŸ‘β€οΈ Perform cable ducks walks with 10 pulse squats followed immediately by 10 cable kick backs each leg. Then immediately go back to the duck walks and pulse squats performing 9 reps, followed by 9 kick backs each leg.
