Nutrition doesn't have to be overly complicated. No matter what dietary practice you subscribe to, the fundamentals are more or less the same: eat mostly plants, some fruit, ample protein, carbs & fats according to personal preference and activity level, and you can also sprinkle in treats judiciously. Tailor portion sizes according to whatever your goal is. •
