Week 1 πŸ‘‰πŸ» Week 10. Can we just take a second to look at the improvements in my posture? 😱 In the left picture (taken 10 wks ago), I have some serious lordosis going on, but in the right picture (taken today), my back is straight! πŸ˜‡ When I started my cut 10 weeks ago, I vowed to also focus on strengthening my core and hips, and I am so happy that I stuck with it. At week 1, I weighed in around 131lbs, and today I am hanging out around 123lbs πŸ“‰ My new focus is to now increase my glute strength, continue to get my hamstring stronger (I tore it 10 years ago), and slowly reverse diet! 🍴I have @scoobyprep1_ifbbpro helping me with my macros & we have increased my fats/carbs a bit, and then I am starting a new program THIS WEEK from thee one and only @bretcontreras1! πŸ‘ So ready for this next phase πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸΌ (oh and shoutout to @drselly13 for being the best chiropractor ever) #ithinkilost5lbsinmyarm #andchin #lmao
