How often do you take the time to stop and listen?

Do you hear your thoughts?
Do you hear the environment around you?
Do you hear what your body needs?

One piece of my journey has been learning what my body needs by listening to it. Sometimes I'm craving sugar, but what I really need is water or a nap. Other times my leg won't stop bouncing and I really need to get excess energy out of my body or write to release any anxiety.
