    Lay off the shift key Brent, your words aren't important enough to capitalize them all anyway.

    Where you find prices like that?!? @topvelocity can you share the link so we can take advantage of that?? @dwdowns13

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @_jamesreveles haven't done the studies. Don't think any exists on hitting weighted balls.

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @wo1fmatt then why bother?

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @alexvalasek just search weighted baseballs on Alibaba.com

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @alexvalasek you can put your own logo on them and everything.

    @topvelocity because you're a disingenuous fear monger profiting off of spreading misinformation. Be honest and good at your job or shut the fuck up.

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @wo1fmatt I think you have me confused for someone else.

  • 65w ago dwdowns13 dwdowns13

    @alexvalasek @topvelocity he should talk about it on his "show"

  • 65w ago matt.abruzzo matt.abruzzo

    @topvelocity Okay dude, I hope you know how stupid it looks telling people that doing a power clean in between pitches will make you throw 5 MPH harder. You might not even be a step above Chris O' Leary in terms of stupidity

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @wo1fmatt it's called PAP and is in Strength and Conditioning Journals.

  • 65w ago matt.abruzzo matt.abruzzo

    @topvelocity I'm well aware of Post Activation Potentiation, Brent. A theory. Might I add those who study this theory say it takes a MINIMUM of 7 minutes for gains to be seen from a power clean. I'm assuming the science that tells you PAP works instantaneously increasing ball velocity by 5 MPH is the same science that guarantees your program will increase any person's velocity 5-10 MPH. Why not just have all your athletes just do a power clean and go home? Stop selling bro science.

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @wo1fmatt studies show PAP last up to 30minutes. The video took around 20min. Didn't know you were there. I would also suggest you read my program before you review it.

    @topvelocity tried weighted balls following a shoulder surgery, killed my arm, did a heavy Olympic weight lifting program and made significant gains in velocity and my arm stopped hurting πŸ€”

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @seanmoran18 that's great news. thanks for sharing!

    @wo1fmatt nothing is proven.. Everything can be proven wrong with one trial.. Brent's program so far has been proven to be successful.. His approach attacks every possible weakness of the athlete.. Doing post activation potentiation with power cleans can activate the central nervous system throughout your body which is a hell of a lot better than using weighted balls to activate/damage an arm which makes up a tenth of your body..

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @benrouthier_8 great point!

    I, as well as thousands of others, are living proof that Topvelocity straight up works. Forget everything else

  • 65w ago brendanp_123 brendanp_123

    I use weighted balls to warm up, I don't actually throw them but I go through my arm path with them and practice good follow through, whenever I use them I get a lot less soreness in my bicep and shoulder

  • 65w ago topvelocity topvelocity

    @topvelocity @wo1fmatt the fact that your are discrediting one of the most dynamic lifts to improve power output and quickness just shows you have no clue what you're talking about. TopV literally takes every dysfunctional part of your body and makes it one of your strengths. How can you not support that? He has over 90 players that have topped 90. Come again in a couple years when your UCL is torn and you're looking to rebuild the right way!
