One really great way to replenish after a tough workout is grapefruit with a dash of Himalayan pink salt. I let the grapefruit get nice and ripe so it is juicier and there are sweeter tones, then by adding the pink salt it helps to balance electrolytes. No Gatorade needed. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿฐ
