I'm back! Happy New Year ๐ŸŽ† to all, I hope you've all set some goals to smash this year just like me!! My husband and I are planning to do the Great Ocean Road Half Marathon this year for my second ever half. Hoping to do sub 2hrs. This training program however is a little different to my first. I will be focusing on strengthening all those small muscles ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป in my legs, hips and my core to have a pain free run ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธthis time around!
