I've NEVER been a cardio person especially when it comes to running. But I know it's essential when trying to become fit. So instead of running, I decided to bike for 65 minutes. I am actually quite proud of myself; 65 straight minutes, 16 miles, and 354 calories later and I feel great! Just thought I'd share!
