On behalf of myself and @wacria, I would to thank @14plusnyc for having us at the 5th Annual Cocktail Benefit in support of children's #education in Africa. We were inspired by the evening of uplifting conversation and productive company. We also would like to thank those who donated and pledged for the cause to fight for better resources, support and social mobility of Women and Children in Africa and the Diaspora.  When we think of a better nation, we think of the rights, resources and opportunities for all. With your support, we are able to continue the journey for a better Africa as a whole. #Africatotheworld #letgirlslearn

An empowered woman empowers other women.

I had the utmost pleasure of meeting Rwandan genocide survivor, Marie Claudine Mukamabano, about a year ago. Her work and vibrant spirit has been on my mind lately. Thankful to cross paths with people whose efforts are devoted to the good and betterment of mankind. Her words still resonate with me till today. What a lady 🌹 #SUNYglobal

'Tis a dream come true! 🙈 Super pumped to be speaking at @unwomen next week [Sept. 14] on behalf of @WACRIA. Will be discussing WACRIA's focus on gender rights issues in the global, local + Pan African context. I am so honored to be speaking alongside my wonderful teammates Michelle Wafo ( @mich____w ) & Jonathan Abu (@sirabu).
#rsvp Come, bring a friend or maybe 2...Let us create a dialogue for a better Africa! 🙏🏾🌍
