Monday, the most important day of the week when implementing a fitness routine/lifestyle. Getting a session in on a Monday sets the tone for the whole week. Skip this and your nutrition and exercise patterns will suffer. My advice is get it done early morning so you faint push it back throughout the day into Tuesday!! Wake up..work out..simple

Soooooo..... even if you have 10 min in your busy daily schedule... pick simple 3/5 exercises and repeat until your time is over!!! .
And trust me your day will be very different 😜

For those asking “what’s your typical day like of either food or exercise..?” Well here’s today’s stats..taken using my Apple Watch and MyFitnessPal app on my phone..
I’ll let you into a secret fitness hack..some of this is made up of walking my dog!! The rest is from a separate Crossfit & light gym session.

🎥Simple home workout video- 7 reps of each exercise / 7 rounds (sets)
45 sec plank
7 air squats
7 press ups
7 lunges (each leg)
7 triceps dips
7 burpees
7 star jumps
Rest 45sec-1 min between sets
Enjoy!

Simple park/home workout idea..
You don’t need fancy gym equipment to get a great workout. Utilise simple street furniture like in this simple circuit.. add this into your walk or jog for a greater calorie burn and added resistance training.
3-5 rounds of 8-12 reps, keep the rest period short..
Give it a go! 💪🏼👍
