Sundays are made for brunching, family, and church. They are also days for planning the week ahead, set goals, and prepare for success. This includes meal-planning which doesn't have to be a long and elaborate process. You can meal-plan as much or as little as you like. I like to keep a big batch of tempered broccoli, quinoa, whole wheat pasta (or brown rice), hard boiled eggs (not pictured here) and precut fresh veggies ready to go in the fridge. They make it easy when meal-time comes around since I only have to make the protein on the spot, and this way I ensure I always have a healthy snack handy. How do you mealprep?
