Okay, my friends. I know you're all dying to see me in a sports bra with my loose 7-baby-belly skin, but you can't. I'm going to pass on that, this time, and keep those pics to myself. But, here is my more modest 16 week before/after picture. I'm still not done losing weight, so I'll have more impressive pictures soon, but I thought I would share my journey with you, so far. 😬
It used to be that I could do basically any diet under the sun, and I would lose weight, after having a baby. But... those were the good old days, in my 20's. Now I'm inching closer to the big 4-0 and it has been more and more difficult after each baby. I was super skeptical to try "one more thing" and had just been devoted to working out like a maniac and eating healthy, but not much was happening... and, that's even with macro counting, carb cycling, you name it. I was legit stuck. My muscles were growing big-time, but I wasn't losing fat, and I just looked BIGGER. Reluctantly, I listened to my SIL and brother, and tried giving my body nutrition that it never had before. You guys... it's totally working and I have so much energy. The more I learn, the more I love it and I'm excited to see how my body continues to change over the next 16 weeks. 💪🏼💪🏼
